Great communication with Kat! Comfy beds, kiddos loved the Kid Cave. An easy and great bike ride to the beach! We will be back!

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Quiet little neighborhood that we loved. Beach is nearby. Dealing with the property manager was great, as she was forthcoming with any information I needed about the location. The price on this property was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Love love love this house. The house was the perfect size. Had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Great little fenced backyard for gathering and cooking out. Loved having two master suites too!

Your home was amazing, perfect for our family. The girls got to feel like grown ups in their suite and the boys enjoyed the man cave they had. I loved how quiet it was and how low key the area was.

First time to 30A and have to say it was a great experience! Absolutely beautiful beaches only 0.5 miles from property. During summer heat, not walkable! Best to drive to a public beach! Would have preferred private beach but price on this unit was great! Overall 4/5 rating!
